He has requested the removal of all fake content, a permanent ban on further misuse of his identity, disclosure of earnings related to the alleged misuse, and damages amounting to Rs 2.5 crore.

The case has been filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of the CPC, which pertains to copyright, trademarks, and commercial disputes.
